about

I am a writer and editor whose stories have appeared in Airplane Reading, The Boise Weekly, and the collection What Doesn’t Kill Her: Women’s Stories of Resilience. I have undergraduate and graduate degrees in English literature from Centenary College and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where I won the Josephine M. Bresee Memorial Award for Graduate Fiction. I also have a law degree from Emory University. I have worked as a freelance editor since 2005 and have taught writing at the University of Illinois and the College of Western Idaho.
